◉ TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Default and late payments: Should you default on any payment obligation as called for in this agreement, the FitPath Coaching LLC or its agent will have the right to declare the entire remaining balance due and payable and you agree to pay allowable interest, and all costs of (1) collection, including but not limited to collection agency fees, court costs, and attorney fees. A default occurs when any payment due under this agreement is more than ten days late. Should any monthly payment become more than ten days past due, you will be charged a late fee of $30.00. An additional service fee will be assessed for any check, draft, credit card, or order returned for insufficient funds or any other reason. Monthly dues are collected through electronic funds transfer (EFT) and will be managed through Stripe. FitPath Coaching LLC, through Stripe, reserves the right to draft via EFT all amounts owed by the member including any and all late fees and service fees. Subject to appropriate State and Federal Law. 

 NOTICE: Any holder of this agreement is subject to all claims and defenses which the debtor could assert against the seller or goods or services obtained pursuant hereto or with the proceeds hereof, recovery hereunder by the debtor shall not exceed amounts paid by the debtor hereunder. 

Refund Policy: There is a 14-day refund policy on this program. If you have completed all of the workouts, and have completed all of the weekly lessons and assignments, and you wish to discontinue the challenge, you can request cancellation in writing to grace@fitpathcoaching.com. However, please understand that you will also be taken out of the membership training platform, & lose access to your custom program, should you decide it's not for you. No refunds will be granted after 14 days.

Upon purchasing this membership, you are making a legal commitment to complete the challenge and all payments.
