What makes this challenge different?
You may have seen similar challenges out there on the market right now. I see them being advertised on social media every day too.
I do NOT want this to be like all of those other challenges. I don’t want this to be like all of the other that give you the workouts and instructions, but then leave you to do it all on your own, with no support, and without helping you design how it will work for you in your life after the challenge is completed.
This challenge is different because I have built it around the four essential components of a successful transformation program: a science-based structured fitness, nutrition guidance, mindset tools and strategy, and a supportive community. Without all four of these, it is so much harder to stay on track for the long run—and I want to make sure that you’re feeling confident that you can keep going beyond just the 9 short weeks of this challenge!
What if I don’t have much time to spend on it right now?
That’s okay! I’ve made sure that the workouts are simple to do, require minimal equipment, and that they won’t take hours and hours to complete each day. We start slowly, and build up from there, so it will be easy to build that healthy habit that you want and feel energized and excited to keep going!
That being said, the people who commit to doing 3 to 4 of the workouts each week, and stick to the nutrition guidance about 80% of the time, do see the best results.
In addition, the live weekly calls will be recorded and made available to you to watch as you have time, and as many times as you’d like. If you’re short on time, you can speed up these videos to get all of the value in less time.
Will it be a good fit for me?
Absolutely! I mean, I’m obviously a little biased, but I am also speaking on behalf of the experience of other women who have already completed this challenge and loved it! This challenge is less about pushing you to your max for the entire time, and more about using science-backed training techniques to get you results in the most efficient way possible, all while building a consistent fitness routine that you can actually sustain for the long run!

What if I can’t make the weekly Live Calls?

And this will allow you to be able to go back and rewatch a particular week if you’d like a quick refresher! I’m giving you all of the tools and support that you need because I really want you to be successful!

What if I try it and it’s just not for me?
