Stuck to Strong: 8-Week or 12-Week Fitness Program
Perfect for military spouses and women living the military lifestyle—from beginners to seasoned lifters.
Goal: For women who want to build strength, boost confidence, and finally stay consistent—without having to start over every time life gets hectic. This program is perfect if you’re tired of random workouts and want a smart, structured plan that actually delivers results.
Equipment: You’ll need a set of dumbbells (adjustable or fixed) and a small space to move—home, gym, or hotel room all work. No machines required. Bonus points if you have a bench or resistance bands, but not necessary!
Who It’s For: Designed for military spouses and women in military life who are ready to feel strong and in control again. All fitness levels are welcome—modifications and exercise swaps are included to fit both beginners and those returning after a break.
Duration / Format: This is an 8-week or 12-week program with 3–5 workouts per week. Most workouts are 30–45 minutes, and include a mix of strength training and optional MetCon (metabolic conditioning) sessions. The programming progresses across two or three 4-week phases to help you build momentum and muscle safely and effectively.
